Seoul—September 1950 Part III

Four U.S. Marines, wearing full packs, fire from
behind a barricade during the battle of Seoul, Korea on September 29, 1950. On
the front of the building overlooking the battleground are pictures of Premier
Joseph Stalin and Kim Il Sung, premier and commander in chief of the North
Korean Army.

Forschungsmitarbeiter Mitch Williamson is a technical writer with an interest in military and naval affairs. He has published articles in Cross & Cockade International and Wartime magazines.
